The minute you walk in you can’t help but marvel at how gorgeous the interior is & it makes the stay even more... read more exciting.The Suite was beautiful, comfortable & just when you thought it couldn’t get better- your very own plunge pool!. The views from Mosvold are totally Insta-worthy and the food doesn’t always make it to Instagram because it tastes as good as it looks, and vanishes pretty fast!
The staff are so friendly and helpful & makes the stay there so pleasant. Whether it’s a late evening swim, or just gazing out into the beach, or walking around the beautiful garden at the Villa, you can’t help but feel relaxed at Mosvold. It’s the perfect place to kick back and unwind.

  We absolutely loved our 13 nights stay in Sundara by Mosvold. The private villa was perfect for our family of 4. 2 bedrooms with comfy beds and good quality bathroom... read more amenities. We loved our pool. Every day saw interesting animals in our yard, exciting!
Our butler Hassan almost became like a friend, he could be dream for every hotel, so friendly and always fulfilling customers dreams.
Housekeeper also could not be better, he was perfect!
Food was sometimes good, sometimes very good but sometimes disappointing. Barramundi fish is absolutuley the best. We loved Sri Lanka'n yoghurt!

Chefs should not be afraid to use spicies. We westerns love spicy food! NYE dinner was very expensive and disappointment. Sparkling wine not good at all.

Beach was very beautiful, BUT there was a lot of rubbish(plastic) which should be cleaned regurarly.
We also had too often problems with wifi.
In the mornings too much of noise behind our bedroom.

General experience very good. We think it might be one of the best hotels in country.

What was special was the excursion arranged by the hotel including a boat trip, a visit to a cinnamon plantation and a picnic on an island on the Madu river. Everything was beautifully arranged with attention to detail.
